I agree with BM, I think you have the best answer for #5.  Brought back some really fond memories of my ex.  Nothing better than a pair of Levi Button Fly.

Ok, I will quit day dreaming now and get back to work.

Enjoy your peaceful weekend.

Good Morning!

My grand-daughter crawled in bed with me at 6:30 and we both went back to sleep . . I love these cool mornings.
QOTD- Well I'm heading out to the camp grounds sometime today rain or shine.  Tomorrow I have a wedding of two very good friends and then back to the camp ground until I head back to work on Sunday.

1. Where do you like to walk? I like to just head out the door but like the river walk in Bay City best.

2. What does your hair look like?  It's short and multi colored!

3. What are you jealous of?  I'm not sure on this one . . I'm pretty blessed!

4. What kind of promises do you make?  Usually don't make them to other people . . make them to myself . . I'll drink more water today. .  I'll work out longer . . you get it right

5. What makes you stare? When my family is all together and I love to sit back and watch them all interact with each . . there is always so much love in the room when we are all together.
Oh and who can't resist a man with a beautiful smile to stare at!

Have a good weekend!

Morning Jan and all!  I'm sitting in the Sacramento airport, waiting for my flight to come home... nice and hot out here  - not looking forward to 60's and rain... Jan - when are you moving up permanently?

Where do you like to walk?  I prefer the treadmill.  Not much of one to walk outside.

2. What does your hair look like?  shoulder length curly - trying to grow it out.

3. What are you jealous of?  People who live in warm climates....

4. What kind of promises do you make?  Like the others - only ones I can keep.  I too find it a pet peeve when people say they'll do something then not do it - and think nothing about it.

5. What makes you stare?  A good looking guy walking by, gorgeous mountain views out of an airplane window - saw those on the way out and was just awe-struck at the beauty.

Nan - where did you stay when you went to DC in the mountains?  I may be looking for a "get away" place in that general area and that sounds perfect (except for the snake and bear)....

Jody,
I'll be permanently in Interlochen next Friday!  Can't wait either.  Most of our stuff is up there now so I'll just have to unpack and purge.

Jody,

We stayed about an hour away in Luray, VA.  Here is the link to the cabins we stayed at
<http://www.nationalparkreservations.com/rivercabins_rustic.h tm>  (I don't think the link worked right), but you can type in the site .  We stayed in the one called the RUSTIC RIVER and if you go onto the site you can see pictures.  It is exactly how it is pictured.  It is so secluded....we loved it!  It cost us around $750 or so for 4 nights.

Morning all and congrats on the 5yr Box!

QOTD:  I'm having my 1/2 & 1/2 and heading out to load up the animals in the trailer.  We are headed to PA for a show this weekend.  I watch the grands for the DD so she watches the home front for me so I can take off at a moments notice, as long as it isn't my week to sit

You guys are making my head spin today.  Information overload!!
Thoughts and prayers going out to Gussie and to everyone that is new, welcome.  I didn't have a chance to respond to everyone individually.

QOTD-This weekend I'm going to visit Dubster and his smokin hot mama, and have some lunch.  I love going out to lunch with friends.  It's raining, but I don't really care, except I refuse to stop wearing my flip flops so my feet are wet.

Mega Millions-I am counting on Dave to win, so I didn't buy a ticket.

1. Where do you like to walk?  At the Mall
2. What does your hair look like?  Crap.  I have the worst hair ever, no matter how much I pay for color and cut and products, it's always flat and fuzzy.
3. What are you jealous of?  People with disabled kids that have all the cool mobility stuff and can stay home and take care of them.
4. What kind of promises do you make?  None.
5. What makes you stare? You guys are pervy today!  I'm weird, I guess...the only thing I stare at are gross things, like accidents or burning buildings.

OOOOOHHHHH!!!!
Number 5 reminded me of my all time greatest pet peeve, and it happened to me yesterday.
When I take Nick out, people stare at him.  I know, he's in a wheelchair and that elicits some stares.  Yes, he makes funny noises and likes to poop and grunt every time we go out in public (hey, so does B, but we still love her, right?  LOL)
Anyway, I understand the occasional look to see what this kid is all about, etc.   But when people have little kids that ask questions and the parents try to shut them up....man that bugs me!!!
It's ok for people to ask what's up.  I love when kids come up and ask me outright why he isn't walking or why he's a big kid that looks like a baby.  People need to quit acting like he has the plague and their kids are going to get sick if they look at him too long.
If you have kids or grands....talk to them about people being different!  It's ok!

Alrighty, now I will hop my big butt down off of the soapbox.
Thanks for letting me vent.

PS-I bought NIck a shirt to wear when we go out that says "Keep staring....I might do a trick"

Love the shirt!  My niece has Down Syndrome, so on occasion I find myself watching other Downs kids more carefully than I probably should, to see how advanced they are and what they can do that Candace can or can't.  I'm not trying to be rude, and one time at the bowling alley told the girl's mother why I was watching her.  She had no problem with it once I fessed up.  Candace is street smart, not book smart.  I wish her Mom would let her do more.  She's 26 now and needs another job, but her Mom wants to just keep her home and have her do the housework and laundry and dishes.  She's great at that.  I told my sister IL that Candace should work in a hospital laundry, folding towels and sheets and pillowcases, to no avail.  I think Candace would do really well in one of those assisted living apartments.  Well, I guess it's not for me to say.  And opinions are like ******** everyones got one.
Really like the shirt tho.
It is what it is.
