What are the must have items you always seem to get while grocery shopping. Also if you could post what stores you fnd the items at that would be great!

Thanks so much

I always try to keep refried beans, cottage cheese, cheese and greek yogurt on hand.

Arnold sandwich thins - in most bread isles - if you are a morning bagel person or a sandwich person - these are great toasted.  They come in multi grain, whole wheat and a whole grain white.  I have been having one with some light cream cheese for breakfast like I would a bagel.  Or smeared with some natural peanut butter.

Jif Natural Peanut Butter - apparently it is blended so it doesn't separate.

Carbmaster yogart from Krogers

Oscar Meyer Grilled chicken chunks - in the lunchmeat section.  Great for salads or quick fix meals

I'm a month and a half out and still haven't tried a salad.  I'm afraid it will be too hard on my pouch.  Am I rightfully fearful?

I have been eating lettuce since I could eat normal foods.  I have never had a problem.
For some reason I can't eat a lot of apples with the skin or carrots without my pouch screaming at me.
Everyone's pouch is different....if you are curious you're going to have to test the waters.  Do it on an afternoon when you don't have anywhere to go.  If you eat it and it bothers you, then get rid of it.  It's worth a try....

I can't believe you posted that!
Big Boy's blue cheese dressing is my all time favorite thing to eat in the universe.  No kidding.
