My niece from Tennessee just IM'd me. She's in town and wanted to surprise me and come and visit me for my birthday. I made plans with my girlfriend to go to the show at 3:30, so we'll only have a couple of hours together. This is my sister's (who passed away in 06) oldest daughter and my god child. I miss them so much since they've moved to TN. It'll be great to see her,

Was playing on the computer. I guess you all heard I got in trouble on the main forum.
I made a Post and I didn't think it was a big deal. but be it ,as it was it got all blown out of proportion. I am sorry if I offended any one I really did not mean too.

Had my Usual protein shake breakfast and my vitamins. I have officially lost 40.4 Lbs since June.6,2009 With out surgery. Wonder how it will go after surgery.

edit: That's one of the reasons I stay away from the main board. Plus, I do like the smaller, more intimate and friendly boards, even if they do post off topic items. It helps me to get to know people better and develope friendships. *I went to the main board to see what you got in trouble for. :)

QOTD- I miss the handmade birthday cards that the kids would make when they were little. They are so heart-felt. Those were the best!!!

Aren't those hand made cards just the best? I still have a little heart that my youngest made me that says 'love is making pies with my Mom'. Funny thing is, I don't remember ever making pies with him. Maybe he was talking mud pies! he's going to be 27 in December. That's why I have so much stuff to pack. I can't get rid of something like that, and I have just so many of things like that!

Not doing much today Arm is pretty achy and I don't want to take vicidon and get a buzzy head so I'm just not doing anything much.
QOTD Nicest thing I ever had done? a Rose bush dug up for me! A year we were just barely finding grocery money so no dinner out as we usually do. The house next door was being burned down as a practice burn for the local hero's.
There was a beautiful climbing rose bush that was gonna be destroyed, My neighbor came in and told me I needed to take Steve a big drink Why? in 95 degree heat with a higher heat index he was out digging up that climbing rosebush for me!!! It was a huge root system and he really fought to get it our of the ground, Simply because I Wanted it!!!! My guy is a keeper!!!! We've moved 3 times and that beloved rosebush goes with me!!!!
