Okay Sax.... You win...Barix
I finally tucked my tail and called Barix for an appointment, I did this late friday afternoon and did not expect a call back that day. I politely assume I will get one sometime next week.
I spoke with my insurance company who advised me that our insurance will be changing to another policy and that I need to try to get some plastic surgery like a tummy tuck and breasts done before the end of September because they will cover it 100% if is submitted with the right codes, she also said get done what you can get done before the insurance changes and she does not think our new provider will do that. What's the worse they will say...No....
Thanks Sax and everyone, sometimes ya just need a swift kick in the butt sometimes.... and a chill pill followed by humble pie....and coffee

did you call barix for an appt for a annual check up or plastics? if you called for plastics, you need to talk to the surgeon's office. either DiNick or Hing.

I have been speaking to someone out there and she is aware of most of my situation, I actually did not know about the plastic surgery until late yesterday afternoon when I was speaking to the insurance company about another matter.
I'm glad you gave me names though because I would not have known who to ask for.
Thank you for your time.
, This is how I am feeling right now dealing with all of this. Have a great weekend.

Joy,
Good to hear -- got a question for you though: are you REALLY ready for plastics? It sounds like your health is perhaps a little low for plastics right now. Just a thought.
BTW -- you will be the winner when you're finally healthy. That's the major goal in all of this and I hope that you keep me informed so I can cheer for you as you make progress down that road!
Lastly, about plastics: I had DiNick for my TT and had a WONDERFUL experience @ Barixx. There's really nothing bad I have to say about the hospital. I did have some complications that even now we're not sure what happened or why. Briefly, I had a bleeding issue and my blood levels dropped dramatically low. My hemoglobin dropped to 6 or 7 (neither is any good) but I believe it was 6 and probably in the 5's by the time I got my blood transfusion though it could have been 7 and 6 by the transfusion.
Just make sure that you're healthy enough for the plastics before going back under the knife!!!! I would do it again and love my results but the surgery kicked my butt - and I had run a marathon 2 months before doing the surgery and a 5k the week before the actual surgery.
Good luck and keep us informed!
