Time to wake up this cloudy, overcast morning!. Glad we didn't get any wild weather last night like they did elsewhere. How 'bout you?

QOTD-August is almost over and only two weeks till Labor Day! Any end of the summer plans/vacation for you? It seems like everyone is vacationing the past couple of weeks.. I have my bike trip starting 2 weeks from today-the Dalmac. Looking forward to it this time. Wish I could do the Mackinac Bridge crossing on Sunday on my bike, but have to take the bus back to Lansing. This Saturday the people I'm riding with are having a get together to plan..

Morning
I am up earlier than I want to be today. I am suffering from a sinus infection and feel like crap today. The Dr was suppose to call me in a RX yesterday but I went to the pharmacy and they had not received it.. So back to the drawing board today to get them to call it in. My head is just pounding so it will be an interesting day. I think I might be calling in the calvary to help me take care of the baby since my DH is on overtime.
QOTD: We are heading up to my Mom's this weekend for a few days. Then coming back and going to the zoo with my nieces and SIL, BIL. DH is off next week for an unpaid week and we will just kind of do somethings together no matter what it is. We also have talked about having friends or family over Labor Day weekend to just kind of hang out with us. I wish we could make a trip up to Mackinaw City this year but I just do not think that is going to happen.

Good Morning . .. I'm working a little overtime this morning before I head home to sleep. Looks like a nice day for a nap with all the rain coming our way . . . I hope we get it out of the way before the weekend. I'm just drinking water this morning.
QOTD- I'm have a camping trip planned next Friday and Saturday . . . at the Bay City State Park. My brother and his wife and about 7 of their friends & families camp at the Park about 4 times a year . . and how great I'm just 15 minutes from home. My parents just purchased a new camper for all of us to use so this will be my grand-daughters first time camping with Granny. I'm not much into the whole camping thing . . but I'm close enough to go home and shower . . I'm kind of a party pooper! I actually would go home to sleep but I promised my son I would stay with him and Hanna.

I'm at work, drinking some sf kool aid and getting ready to head to the post office.
QOTD-This weekend I'm going to stay at my sisters to visit and go to Lake MI with the kids. My niece, Sophie, said that "Aunt Brenda doesn't DO lakes. She will sit on the shore and watch me all day!" So that's what I'll be doing. My sister keeps making fun of me because I don't like lake water. Little does she know, I feel the same way about sand. Ick! But I will put on a smiley face for the kids!
As for the rest of the summer, we don't have any more plans. Can you believe I haven't been to one Tiger game this year? I guess we're going to just hang out at home and get ready for school to start.
