Hi Katie,

Top five thinks.....hmmmnn.......Well I guess I would have to say......

Protien first.   I was bad about getting my protien at first but about a month ago became dilligent about upping my protien and making sure I was getting in at least 80-100 grams a day.

Exercise.....At first I was not doing much exercising.  Now, thanks to a couple of girls I work with who keep me motivated b/c I hate to exercise, I go to a weight training class three times a week and I try and walk a frew times a week too.

Other than that I don't think I am doing anything out of the ordinary.  I am still working on getting in my 64 oz of fluids a day.  Some days I do and some days i don't.

You'll be right there with me soon Katie, I can't believe how fast the time goes.

One thing I noticed is I definitely have a pattern for my weight loss.  In any given month, I lose 12-15 lbs.  BUT, I'll lose like 10 of that the first two weeks, then I stal for two weeks.  When I'm not seeing movement on the scale, it gets discouraging, but then all of the sudden, I'll drop 10 lbs just like that...it's weird.

Nan!

How wonderful!  You totally rock!

And what's even cooler???  You and I share the same anniversary for our 100-pound mark.  Last year on August 19th I hit my 100 pounds lost total.  Yesterday, while you were hitting yours... I was out celebrating my 1 year anniversary of that milestone.  How cool are we?!

Keep up the good work.
Pam

Pam - that is so cool.  I also noticed that you and I started out at about the same weight too so we're like twins with our surgeries :-)  I hope I am as sucessful as you!!!!

Hey, I like the new pic!
