Good Tuesday Morning everybody!
What's waking you up today? Just had my weight control oatmeal with craisins-so good. Then it's decaf coffee for me! Went for an evening bike ride last night with the bike club. It was very nice-not too humid or windy..
QOTD-Do you feel like you have any "ruts" in your life right now? If not so good "ruts" what are you doing to change them? I am in a food rut right now-same breakfast, same lunch.. Yesterday I thought I'd be a little more creative with lunch and tried a wrap called "flatouts"-very good and high in protein. Put some tuna salad on it and SO good.
Have a marvelous Tuesday!

Good morning Deb.I am having fully loaded caff coffee this morning.I limit myself to two cups then I drink sugar free calorie free liquids the rest of the day will have good ole H2O shortly. The only rut I have is financial.I believe the whole world does at this point though.I also eat the flat outs. They are very good too.I found some at the local Save A lot also they are colorful not flat outs but have 71 calories with 5-8 grams of protein and low carb I like to add some cheese and meat a little lettuce with some low cal/fat dressing and have those for lunch.I also eat the same things often cottage cheese n beans lol.I guess I got comfy with things my pouch can handle and just continue to eat them.Have a good day everyone.I am going to clean my car out shortly maybe trade it in this week.

Good Morning!
I just finished my scrambled egg and waiting to start some ice tea.  Had a hard time getting out of bed this morning.
QOTD- I am also in a food rut but also a rut with my weight . . for the first time in my life I have maintained my weight for more than a year without much effort but I need to get moving again.  I keep thinking after my TT I will be more motivated to finish my journey.

Deb . . . try making a pizza on the flat-outs . . . yummy.  I also use them for bean enchiladas.

Should be a good sleeping night tonight . .  going on a little bike ride tonight.

Enjoy!

Good morning all!

I attempted a protein coffee this morning, but I was too rushed and ruined it.  So I'll have to mix one up later this morning here at the office.

We had a good support group meeting last night.  Lots of new faces, which is always good.  And Terri rocked the shishkabobs.  Dang!  That stuff was delicious!

QOTD -- An Exercise Rut?  Mmm... I remember feeling like this last summer around this time too.  I keep saying I want to diversify my workout routine and do more stuff besides just walking, but it always seems to fall back to what I know and love.  But with a knee and ankle pain that doesn't seem to be going away, I definitely need to find something new.  I believe I'll give weight training another try after the Crim is done.

Morning Everyone

We are up and at em around here. Both the baby and I have drs appointments today and then I have some errands to go run too. So it will be a busy day no less. But we are hoping to get out tonight and go for a walk.

QOTD: I am in a rut and not exercising. I just do not feel motivated to do it. I also tend to eat alot of the same things all the time. I used to eat more of a variety but because of the surgery I think I am more worried about if it is going to affect me or not. So I do eat what works if that makes since. But I am also a picky eater like Brenda. I do not like alot of veggies either. I hate broccoli and cauliflower has to be raw. LOL Don't make me go on!

Have a great day

Good Morning.
Dogs barking woke me up this morning, then on to my protein shake.  Does anyone ever feel, after they've eaten, like their bra is too tight and you have to unfasten it?  It seems I feel like this after every time I eat or drink my protein shake, like right now.  Weird.

QOTD:  My rut is what my rut always is, being lazy.  I did get out and took the ol girl for a walk today and it's a beautiful day out.  Just getting myself moving is my challenge.

Take care everyone.

I get a feeling of fullness . . . are you sure it's just not that 30+ lbs that's making you
want to remove your clothes????

Saw Shelly last night - she looks good.

I just ate the meat off of a chicken leg and three bites of mashed potatoes.  I'm hurting between my ribs and its not because of a tight bra cuz I don't have one on right now.  I think maybe I'm not chewing enough.  Sometimes I forget.

The pain from not chewing long enough is a killer.  I bet that is what it is . . .also if the meat is dry it will cause pain.  I couldn't eat any meat for a long time because of the pain . . .
chew . . chew . . . chew
