Has anyone had Dr. Hares??

Hello I just wanted to hear from some of his patients. How was his beside manner? How was his office staff? Was his insurance coordinator pro-active?? I may have to appeal so i need someone who knows their stuff!

I have known Jackie, Dr Hares nurse for well over 12 years now & Carol their office person for at least 6. Both have years of experience. In fact Jackie has been doing this "stuff" for well over 20 years. She is a plethora of information and Carol & Jackie both have always been great in assisting with insurance "situations. Dr. Hares is very sweet and caring. He was my surgeon of 1st Choice but back when I had my DS done there was no fighhting the rejection  (this was prior to the so called surprising news the WLS & especially DS "cured" diabetes. That came out about 6 months AFTER  I had my DS.) So I went out of the country to have my procedure. BUT this practice is still my U.S. practice for follow-up care etc.

Oh my, that's great!!!  I am happy to hear that. Well I can't wait to meet them in a couple of weeks.
