So how is the dating coming. I have been seeing my guy long enough for him to start to get annoying. 

Thanks...I am not dating at the moment...truthfully I don't have time...to busy enjoying the summer...LOL...I golf 4 times a week now..I haven't been able to do that for three years...Its almost like having a job..then when I get home its either yard work..busy paying bills...or meeting friends..Right now I am having a great summer...So maybe this winter gets here I will slow down some..Plus I have just gotten very independent....not sure any man could put up with me..LOL

Wow, Bev (and Nan) I remember when you were going into surgery!  What a long road you've traveled in just a short time.  That's wonderful.  This morning I weighed myself and I was down again.  Total of 29.5 #s now.  This RNY is the best thing I could have done for my health.  I'm off a couple of meds already.

Bev, it's great isn't it....it just gets better and better.  I'm 20 months out now and 115 lbs down, my hubby actually weighs me down now!!!  I wish I was golfing 4 days a week.....ok honestly 2 x's would make me happy LOL!!!

I'm so happy for you, I remember being this far out and just being over the moon with amazement and happiness!!!

Just to bring you back down for a minute......are you taking your vit's and keeping up on your protein?????   If so, keep riding this great wave, for me at least, it's still there and just as good a year later!

JAN - 29.5......that is FANTASTIC!!!!   I agree so much, it seems like such a long road, but I tell you, the time goes so fast!  I could never have done it this time without surgery...I just didn't have the willpower or motivation.....it's the best thing I have done for myself in a long time!
