Back to Basics

Hi all,

I'm just over 2 years out from surgery and have gotten a bit lazy. I want to get "back to basics" a bit and I know I definitely need to increase my protein intake. It's been a while since I've done any protein shopping but what I'd love to find is a really tasty protein powder so i can make shakes. Has anyone tried the Chike protein? I've heard it's really good and doesn't taste like a protein powder, but it's pretty expensive so I don't want to drop the cash and be disappointed...

Any other protein powder/drink suggestions?

The only one I can "semi" tolerate is HMR and I order it online. Its big bucks but worth it,

Best of luck

I've tried Chike (their free samples) -- it's very good.  But also very expensive.

Thanks Robin, for the suggestion. I've never heard of HMR, I'll check it out...

And thank you too, Pam, I took a quick look and those links on your blog are going to be very helpful! Can't wait to check out some of the samples... I'm sure with all those choices I can find something I like!
