Big Race on Saturday
So I'm getting excited for my biggest race to date. I'll be doing the Ironman Steelhead triathlon over in Benton Harbor on Saturday. For those of you wondering what that means: PAIN!!! Well, maybe not pain, but I'm sure I'll be very exhausted. The race consists of a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and a 13.1 mile run. It will be my 6th triathlon (though the others were MUCH shorter). My goal time is between 6 and 6 1/2 hours. We'll see what the day brings though.

I'm part of a beta test for a new GPS tracking device for races such as this. Hope everyone is enjoying the summer!

Good Luck Sax!!! It is amazing what good nutrition and good training does for our bodies. I completed my first triathlon last August, and I just completed a 300 mile bike ride in 3 days this past weekend. I am doing a sprint triathlon the end of August. You have to be very proud of your accomplishments.
Sax,
WOW!!!!! You are such an inspiration. I'll be tracking ya!
Good luck,
