Yeah now if we can just get the drs to cut off about 10 pounds off each thigh or if we could afford it.. we would be set huh?

Good morning all!

My alarm went off this morning and I swore it was Saturday.  I was pissed when I realized it was Thursday and had to get up and go to work.  I hate when that happens. 

QOTD -- Ok, this is totally silly .... but who cares, it made me smile yesterday.  I bought new sandals the other day and I wore them to work yesterday.  They're pink leather with a flower on top and my toes were painted pink too.  Serious you guys... my feet were SO cute yesterday.  Everytime I glanced down at them I got this stupid grin on my face.  LOL!  I used to hate my feet because my toes were pudgy and my ankles were fat -- not anymore!  So yeah, my feet made me happy yesterday.  It's the little stuff in life, right?

Wow!  New homes, new grandbabies, best friends, cute toes, smaller clothes, survival-seems like there are lots of great things going on in Michigan this morning.

My new boyfriend-it is so nice to have someone who seems to like me just as I am, warts, lumps, rolls and all.

I went on line to check the weather.  There is no rain forcasted for 6 days.  My DH is on his way to finally cut the hay.  All of you cross your fingers and say your prayer for us that the only rain for the next six days heads to the people who haven't been getting this daily drenching.

Good morning!  Glad to hear you sold your house, Jan.  We dream of moving closer to Livonia and hubby's work, but we ABSOLUTELY LOVE where we live. The housing market around here isn't quite as bad, but still not willing to take a chance on trying to sell it.  Plus I just don't think we'd be happy in "the city".  We're surrounded by state land and my nephews say we live in "the deep, dark forest".  LOL!  

QOTD:   Dub makes me happiest!!  I was up at 2:30 this AM feeding and changing him.  After I changed him, he was laying there and was barely awake.  He was just too cute and peaceful looking so I sat and held him for a while (I've been trying to get him sleeping in his bed, instead of ours) before I put him back in his bed.  It doesn't matter how I feel, he warms my heart and all is well with the world.  

Another spot of happiness is that AJ is going back to work next week.  Woo hoo!  While I would love for him to stay home with me everyday and still get paid (lol...who wouldn't?), he has been so much more happy knowing he gets to return to work.  So, he's getting back to his old self, personality wise.  Being off was taking a toll on his morale.  He needs to be a productive member of society! 

AND...we got up this morning and decided to plan a day trip tomorrow to Lake Michigan.  So, we're heading to Hillsdale after PT this afternoon and will spend the night at my inlaws and head to the coast in the AM!  Hoping it all comes together!

Q:  Gosh, nothing specific here.  I'm just a happier person in general....life's good.  I had a ball last week on my girls road trip.  Looking forward to a quiet weekend with the hubby.  Again... life's good!!!

I was on a girls trip in Ohio last weekend also but we were on the east side of the state in Holmes County Amish town of Berlin . . . oh my what fun . . .my face hurt from laughing.  I am planning on going back a year from October when the colors are out.  Glad to hear your girls weekend was just as fun.
