I'M drinking water for a couple of days. been doing a lot of salty stuff and I'm kind of puffy so gonna flush out the salt. Its a pretty, breezy day here I think I am going to try to do some mowing out there. Hubby is working long hrs again. so it helps him and I enjoy it. I do have to take super duper allergy pill but I do enjoy it.
QOTD I think big bird also. curious but naive in many ways so my grown kids tell me

Getting my new cap on my tooth today at 2.
Meeting with my surgeon on for first visit. tomorrow at 9. Insurance is approved and they said it was up to him now.
all in all it's a good day.

Today is a great day. I'm drinking a choc protein shake with two scoops of protein and 2 cups of skimmed milk. That already brings me up to 433 calories and 68.8 gm of protein. maybe today I'll be able to get in 700 calories. I'm still averaging around 500 cals a day. That's probably why I'm not losing faster. I'm still feeling weak and sometimes light headed, so I'm afraid to go walking outside without someone with me. I do walk around the house, but it's not like walking outside.

From what I've read, you can only absorb 30 grms of protein at any one time, so 2 scoops may be a waste of your protein. Just thought I'd point that out to you.
Don't worry about calories right now, just concentrate on protein and water, you'll get there.
As far as the dizziness, I had that pretty bad the first few weeks to, I was told to get up slower, so if your sitting on the couch, scoot up to the edge of the seat, wait 30-45 sec's then stand up slowly. It did help me. I was told it was a combo of my bp being lower than I was used to and dehydration.
