Good Morning Michigan!
What's in the cup this morning? Will be brewing decaf and black real soon. Giving the big dog a belly rub..
Hope your weekend was fabulous! Always flies by so fast..
QOTD-What was the best part of the past weekend for you? Mine was holding my new grandbaby, Colin James. Nothing like the feel of baby skin and the smell. I am so fortunate to have them live so close to me so I can see him often.
Have a good Monday everybody!

I am happy to hear that Jan is doing well.. And Deb your grandson is so darn cute..

QOTD: Just spending time with my Mom... although walking the grounds of the Stone Cottage in Gladwin came in a close second. I love being around flowers and seeing them.

Morning everyone.

I'm waiting for the babysitter drinking some kind of low-cal orange juice drink and waiting for the babysitter to get here so I can go to work.

QOTD-um.....mine was pretty uneventful.  I did go to the Royal Oak farmer's market on Saturday and got the last of the strawberries and three giant bunches of flowers.  They look nice all over the house in vases.  I made some sf strawberry jelly, but now I don't know what to have it on.  It feels so wrong to have toast!

Hope you all have a good day!!

Two toast suggestions:

Ezekiel Bread -- it's flourless sprouted grain bread.  low net carbs, high fiber and high in protein. And delicious!   I bought my first loaf a couple weeks ago at Meijer in the freezer section.  I keep my loaf in the freezer and just take out one slice and pop it in the toaster.  Love mine with peanut butter and sugar free jam. (One slice is plenty for my pouch because it's so dense.)

Arnold Sandwich Thins -- these tiny buns are great for sandwiches (turkey with dijon mustador just open faced with peanut butter and jam (or just jam).  They are like super thin hamburger buns. Get the Whole Wheat ones for the best nutritional stats.  They are 100 calories, 15 net carbs, 5g fiber and 5g protein.  And delicious... I like mine slightly toasted.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

I'll betcha if I didn't tell you that you would never know.  The way your supposed  to "cook" it is to take it out of the freezer and right into the toaster.  It is very crunchy, and it really is YUMMY! they have a cinn/raisin that is great. You should try it Brenda.

Is it sold in the freezer section at the store?  I might have seen it at Meijer.  If I see it, I will try it, just for you Edy LOL

I wouldn't steer you wrong Brenda, it really is good.

Nan and Brenda I know they have it at Kroger, it's in the health food section in the freezer.
