Anyone suggestions on meal replacement for (2 week pre-op ) and post op liquid diet.

Our center required us to buy liquid diet "kit' from betterMD. I have since found that these are the same products sold as Medical Weight Loss Diet products. I thought they were bad until I started trying others. I now just use the EAS from Sams club. I tried the unjury and wasn't that excited.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
