Doctors who may take medicaid

Hello everyone, I have not had the weight loss surgery, but I have lost a lot of weight over the last 6 months and I'm looking for a doctor that takes my insurance. I do have medicaid which works through the U of M. I would love to go through the U of M but at this point I would be happy with anyone. I'm at the point where I have lost so much that I do ok with clothes on but to look at my body I want to cut the extra skin off myself. I do have my days where I think if I gain the weight all back I would look better, but I wont do that to myself again. So if anyone can help me with this, you would make me so happy!!
