Anyone in Kalamazoo Do water Aerobics?

I really want to start, but not sure where to go in Kzoo that i would be comfortable! Any suggestions?

I Live in Battle Creek...and when I was 6 weeks out of surgery I joined the YMCA..and did water Aerobics..You might try that in Kzoo...

I do water aerobics at Borgess Health and Fitness. There are a lot of bariatric patients that go there and do water aerobics. I've done water there for several years and it is a real comfortable environment.
 Seeing you are a patient of Dr. Verseman, you get a gym discount, too, which makes it more attractive to join.

The other Deb here and I do water aerobics in fact a lot of bariatric patients are now going to the Borgess Gym. Come on...join the party!!!!
