Saturday Java!

Good Saturday Morning everyone!
Maybe it's a rainy Saturday morning in your neck of the Michigan woods. It is, here. Wish we could have a whole day of this to make up for the dry spell we have had. Supposed to end by noon. It makes for a great coffee drinking kind of morning. I have my black and decaf in my mug.
QOTD-What makes you feel beautiful? I love it when my DH says I look good. That makes me feel beautiful. I love it when I get my hair or nails done. It makes me feel a little prettier for a short time.
Tomorrow is the KalTour Bike ride and the 6th Ave hill.  I keep telling myself that "I can do it!!!!"

Morning Deb,

I have been awol from the morning posts, sorry bout that.  It was thundering here a bit ago.  It gets the kids upset.  i am already drinking peach tea, trying hard to get in my allotment of fluids today.


QOTD:  When I am all disheveled and my hair is all messy and no makeup on, and someone says you still look beautiful.  That makes me feel like a bazillion dollars.

No rain here!  Although, that's not to say we won't get any.  Hope it fizzles out as it moves across the state.

QOTD:  I'm like you.  Those days I get a pedi/mani or hair done or whatever, make me feel good.  But on a daily basis, if I can get a shower and brush my teeth these days...I'm doing good.  LOL!  

Not doing much this weekend.  BIL and sister are supposed to be coming by today to help hubby put his shed up.  Other than that...hoping to sit on the deck by the pool....if dubbles will cooperate!

Geez Tina, if only you had someone that was waiting for you to PICK A DAY that you wanted to go get beautiful...aka: PEDI.  That would be great, wouldn't it????

I KNOW!!!!  I just don't know how my days are going to go until I get up and start it!  Maybe shoot for Wednesday this week?  Pedi and dinner?  Email me!!

It's afternoon here so I am a little late in getting to the post.. I had a busy morning and am taking a break from working in the yard. I am trying to extend a flower bed that I want to plant more in... So I am digging up some grass and waiting for it to get shady back there so I can turn the dirt really good and lay the landscape bricks that I have here already. I have to head to the store though to get some peat moss first though. I hate this humidity.

QOTD: I feel the best when I get my hair done. I love my hairdresser and she always makes it look good. Also I love to get my nails done and wish I could go get manis every week.... But I love just feeling better about myself than I used too!

I hope everyone has a great weekend and I hope that Dubs copperates with Tina so she can get some pool time in.

I only got a little time by the pool yesterday, with Dub in my lap...so no sun for me!  I still have time, though.  Maybe sometime before summer is over!
