I had it there a couple years back.  I had schram who is awesome.  i have 3 friends who also had dr. schram.  he really is the best in my book.  of course, he is the only one i am familiar with, so i am biased.  the great thing about barix is that they only treat bariatric patients.  you dont get lost in the shuffle of those poor nurses taking care of everything from a heart patient to wls.  we all know those big hospitals, u of m cough cough get really busy. at this clinic they know exactly what you need and need to do.  i mean when i had my tt there, the nurse knew i couldn't scoot up higher on the bed cuz my stomach muscles had been tightened, so he had my push on his hands with my feet.  i mean, come on, who else knows sh*t like that? and would take the time to help ya?  i am sure more people will post about the clinic.  it has a wonderful reputation and many satisfied patients.

good luck

p.s. attend as many free seminars as you can.  everyone gives them now, just remember if you do meet with the doctor one on one, it might be considered a consult, so make sure its covered by your insurance as a doctor visit.

Welcome,

I did not go to Barix, I've heard great things about them.  I just wanted to pop in and say howdy and welcome and good luck on your journey.
