1 yr surgiversary!!!

Today is my 1 year VSG surgiversary!  I'm down 112#'s, plus another 25 prior to surgery for a total of 137#!!!   

I'm unable to get on the OH web very often, but do go back and read when I get the chance.

Everyone's comments, suggestions, and tips have been a big help along with very supportive even tho they have not been directed to me personally!

Congrats it has been 1 year for me and Dr. Pleatman did my surgery as well. I am soooo happy with my results, it's changed my life. Hope all has gone well for you as well. We may have been in the hospital at the same time! I must admit I don't corrispond with anyone, but my friend pointed out as well as an e-mail that it has been 1 year wow ! hard to belive! Congrats and I wish you continued success!

Congrats on your 1 year!    I hope you have done well and I see you are happy with your change!  It's been a godsend for me.  I feel much, much better; along with my self-confidence improving.  My only regret is not having surgery years ago. 
Like you I very seldome correspond, but I do check out the VSG blog and hearing about the successes, struggles, and changes we are all making.
