New Surgery Date

I had the exact same thing happen yesterday.  Wanda called and moved my surgery from August
11th to July 16th, the same day as you!!!  I couldn't get my head wrapped around things yesterday, but today I feel better. 

We will have to be up walking the halls together, getting us moving after surgery.

My big problem is that I am supposed to be at a good friend's wedding on the 18th , and now I'm not likely gonna be able to make it.  Since the wedding is in the city where I live, I am praying that I will be able to make the ceremony at the church at least!!

Have you been successful in weight loss to this point?  I just hope I haven't gained anything since my last weigh=in because I haven't been real careful.  I am now tho.

Congratulations on getting your date moved up!!!!  I'm so happy for you.  this next couple of weeks will fly by.  It's ok to be nervous and totally normal.  Just keep your eye on the prize and know that a healthier thinner life is just around the corner!!

Wishing you the very best of luck.....2 weeks from now will be here faster than you can blink, LOL Im having my surgery @ HF as well...can't wait to hear how your experience there goes! Get lots of water in, healthy food and LOTS of exercise, and you'll drop some pounds fast. Good luck again Miss Lady!

Jan,  I'm just back from a little vacation, but wanted to say CONGRATS on getting started earlier.  How exciting.  You are going to do great! 

Thanks.  I'm really excited.  Today I had my pre-op appt with weigh in.  I lost another two pounds, but I'll be putting that back on tonight with my 'last supper' at Outback.  I can't believe I'm only a week away now.
