First Visit with PCP Tomorrow

I have been researching and weighing the pro's and con's of WLS for quite some time now.  Last week while at a well-child office visit for my daughter I informally asked my primary care provider if he thought I would be a good candidate for the lap-band procedure.  His reply was "absolutely".  He was well aware of all the documentation that will be needed (I have HealthPlus through my employer) and tomorrow I have my first appointment with him to discuss this. 

Any suggestions so that I can make the most of this visit?

Your PCP is the best place to start to get the ball rolling, just let him know your wishes and feelings about  wanting this surgery.  Continue communicating with him and keep him in the loop even after you see the surgeon. PCPs are still learning from us, keep him educated.
