Good Morning  Michigan
I am up  drinking  water.  I am heading up to see mom this am.  She thinks I haven't been there for weeks,  I just saw her a week ago!   that's OK,  She wants some more embroidery squares.  I finally found something she shows an interest in that she can kinda see to do.  Shes helping make quilt for her great grands!
QOTD  I'm not sure what we are up to for the holiday yet.  I am insisting on doing something besides staying home,   Hubby thinks he wants to go to fireworks somewhere to play with taking pics with his digital camera.   We cant do a lot of pricy stuff because we are heading for Kansas for a wedding in a week.

Good morning everyone.
Today is one of those days.   I got up, got Nick fed and dressed.  Put him in his chair and sat and waited for the bus.  And waited.  And waited.  And worried because now I'm late for work and I'm kind of on my last straw there.  So no bus.  I called and they said there is no school today.  It was on the bussing calendar, but not the school one.  Oh my gosh, I think they might just fire me for not coming in today.  I had to leave early yesterday and have Thursday off last week because of no school or Nick's appointments.  Ugh.  Now I feel really nervous and have a awful feeling in the pit of my pouch.

So anyway.............why don't they move the Cherry Fest to August?  I think people would still go, and it would be much better to have home grown cherries!

QOTD-we aren't doing anything for the 4th.  DH might go to a picnic we were invited to, but Nick doesn't do well with those kinds of things.  I may put on a biohazard suit and go in to my youngest son's room to clean it while he's in WI.

Good Morning!  Water for me today.  I am struggling to get in my 64oz lately.  

QOTD~ I am excited about this weekend as my DH and I both are taking 4 days off.  saturday thru tuesday.  We are taking our boys to the zoo, watching fireworks, I am being outnumbered as to the rest of the weekends activities, which I guess will be fishing and maybe a night of camping.  Not one other person voted for a little shopping or a pedicure.  I guess thats what happens when you live with all guys.  :)  Have a great day everyone!!

I tell them I'm going grocery shopping, and when no one wants to go with me I sneak off for a pedi!

Good morning!  Drinking my usual decaf with 2 scoops of protein powder.

QOTD:  I've got a girlfriend and her daughter and friend coming up to stay with me over the weekend.  We are going to play Tourist (only time I do it is when company comes up!) and go wine tasting, hit the beach (hope the weather gets warm!), go to the Cherry Festival concert Sat night and probably the craft show too.  I enjoy partaking in the Cherry Festival events, and even though there will be imported cherries this year, its not that unusual when that happens.  Last year there was a late frost that wiped out quite a few of them.

I also have a wedding to go to on Sunday. 

I'm looking forward to the long weekend - I get Friday off as my holiday since the 4th falls on a Saturday!
 

Morning all,

Sitting here hoping the weather turns around soon, I don't mind the rain, but the 60's yuck!

Q:  My festivities will begin on Wed. night, my brother's in town from Phx. and a few of his old friends are going to see Bad Co. at Pine Knob and if the weather cooperates we're going to meet them there, then we're having a BBQ on Friday night and then the Clarkston fireworks on Saturday night.  I think sleep on Sunday will be a good idea!
