Good Morning,
Had a fruit protein smoothie this morning - getting ready to head out to do some errands before the rain comes.
My granddaughter crawled in bed with me this morning and we fell back to sleep - this is a first for me sleeping past 8:00am . . . I kinda liked it!
QOTD-  I will finish my painting this afternoon and then tomorrow laundry and hanging out with my son and Hanna (GD).  Sunday all the fam is meeting at my parents for Fathers Day, my dad took a bad fall last Sunday afternoon and will be laid up for the rest of the summer which is very hard for him seeing on he usually golf's three times a week and is always out in his garage doing something . . it's sad seeing him just sitting in a chair . . so hopefully we will cheer him up on Sunday.
Enjoy the day!

Good morning!
Hubby got up and decided to cook breakfast.....bacon and ham/tomato/cheese omelettes.  Ummm....hubby doesn't cook.  So the house is full of smoke and the first omelette he made was raw inside.  I went to the kitchen to get more coffee.  There is bacon grease splattered all over...sigh.  I have a headache so I'm not in the mood to deal with it. (and I don't know why everything is underlined all of a sudden,,,grrrr).  Anyway, at least he's trying and I'll be nice.

QOTD: Not sure what's happening this weekend.  My mom is coming in from TN this weekend and will be staying here so I need to clean the house in between feeding and holding the baby.  LOL!   My inlaws are coming over on Sunday for a small cookout.  I've been trying to think of something special for hubby for his first father's day.  Still thinkin'.....

Enjoy the day!  TINA

Ok....2nd omelette is burned and there is LOTS of cursing coming from the kitchen.  I may need to go save him.  LOL!  Bless his heart!

Boy, those storms lastnight and this morning were really something!  Had the dogs up barking all night.  Coffee with sf vanilla caramel creamer.  I'm becoming addicted.  I tried Pam's Chai Tea yesterday, or was it the day before?  Well, anyway, I really liked it so I went out and bought some powdered milk, instant tea and splenda to make some.  I'm going to cut down on the clove and increase the cinnamon.  I especially liked it when it got cold.
This weekend will be busy.  My son and DIL are coming down today and bringing their 1 yr old dog Frank for me to babysit for 10 days.  He's a real cutie, in fact, he's the product of two of my other dogs.  He was on antibiotics when he was a couple of months old and that made him deaf.  It's really tough dealing with a deaf puppy.  I'll have four terriers here for the next 10 days YIKES. Tomorrow we have a Summer's Here party at my nephew's house, BYOB and a dish to pass.  I haven't decided what to bring to pass.  I was thinking of those little smokies wrapped in crescent rolls.  Any suggestions?  Sunday is father's day of course  and I'm making dinner. Golabki (stuffed cabbage) for the family.  Today I've got to get this housework done, but not by sitting here at the computer!
Take care all and have a relaxing weekend.
