day 3 of liquid diet... 5 days til' surgery!!

HI everyone... day 3 of no food at all.. so far it has gone pretty well... met with wanda today for my final weigh in... today has been tough with the food... so i took a nap... :) my daughter just made me some onion soup.. i'm eating broth only.. it tastes really good.

I am just so excited for you.  I can't imagine being that close to my date.  I haven't been successful at losing any weight yet.  Maybe I should just try using the protein shakes for every meal and drinking the fluids.  Sounds like that's the only thing that will make me lose something.  At least if I lose something before my surgery date I'll be happy.  Still having trouble not satisfying my cravings.  Keep up the good work, and be sure to keep us (me especially) informed.
Have you attended any of the support meetings yet?
