Update
Took me 5 weeks, but the plastic surgeon finally pulled the last two jp drains. The output was still high, but he said it was time. The new belly button is draining and I have a couple areas in the incision that had fluid pooling and are now open and draining, but the surgeon wasn't concerned, so neither am I. These areas are in the hip area, and I'm guessing the pulling has something to do with it. There is a third area of pooling fluid way off to the right, and I'm hoping to luck out and it not opening. It's painful until they're done opening up. I'm trying to be positive that they'll be mostly healed by the 4th of July.
The worst part is that I have no sensation in my legs and if openings soak through the bandages or manage to leak around them I cannot feel it.

Yuck! I can't imagine having those drains for 5 weeks. You are a strong person to put up with that for so long.
I am 4 months out of my TT and still have no feeling all along my incision. But my belly button is all healed up.
You'll feel a lot better soon, just keep those positive thoughts coming and you'll be fine.
