It was 9:46 when I got on the road and 11:11 when I pulled into my driveway, so I made excellent time. I set my cruise at 75 when I got onto I-75 and didn't touch the brake until I got off of the e-way onto the surface streets. I've never gone that far on cruise without having to hit the brake at least once. It was really neat. I'll be in Interlochen for the month of July so I won't make that one. I'll just have to see how things go. I do hope that Shelly continues with the group. She really needs motivation. When are you getting married? Where will you live?

afternoon all,
Its been a better day today. I am hydrated and my sugar level is ok today. I skipped my morning coffee today since I was feeling so bad yesterday.
Pam & Kristy are doing a great job with the 5-10k's this summer. I am hoping to get back up to speed by September/October to get a final one in this year, but that will depend on what my test results say. Patiently waiting for my MRI/EMG results from the doc's office.
QOTD - we are one of the bad ones that don't. We don't have a program, and my hubby is just lazy and has issues just getting the regular garbage out on a weekely basis.

It's mid afternoon, I'm wayyy past my morning drinks. Even past lunch! Wow, I'm behind.
Q: I used to recycle when I lived in Phx. the city gave us garbage bins, one for trash and one for recycling, they made it real easy. Here... not so much, where I live I don't have city pick up, and the company we contract with only has a little baby bin and tons of restrictions and they charge allot for the little I'd be able to use it for, so I'm bad.

QOTD-Our township passed a millage for recycling years ago before it was cool! I will admit that even though I voted for it, I didn't take the time for it for years. Since we retired we have been much better. I still need to get the info of what they will take. Have the time they don't take what we put out and throw it in the regular truck. Ticked hubby off as he works hard cutting it to size and tying it all up.
I have the reusable grocery bags when I remember but they seem to be finding their way into my DD's car.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
