I am so sorry to hear about yoru friend's death due to complications. I spent way to much time in the hosptial due to my complications(over 14 months) and it is a day to day struggle to keep myself on the "good" side and not think about the negative adn to keep healthy. I am glad that your friend had positive inluences in her life like yourself and your wife.
