Well I'm at my grandparents house right now and I'm feeling pretty good.  I had my surgery on
Tuesday everything is going well.  I start stage 3 today.....WOO HOO.  I'm really hating the breathing part, probably because its so painful.  Can't wait until deep breathing becomes easier.  Not to  mention I had to sleep in a chair last  night  LOL  Can't wait until I can go home next month!

Congratulations.  I'm glad you're at your grandparents house.  It's nice to be with someone that cares.  Keep breathing deeply, it's very important to keep your lungs clear.
The journey has begun for you.  Embrace it.

Congratulations on your surgery.  Make sure you breath deeply to help prevent blood cloths.  At our center, we are told not to sleep in chairs/recliners for the same reason.  Good Luck with your weight lose journey!

Its been a week and I'm feeling pretty good.  I'm having some difficulty getting all of my protein in and also with walking.  I vowed today I'd do better.  I've already walked twice!  I'm so proud of myself.  I also got a pair of jeans on.  Still the ones from pre-op but I'm hoping soon I'll be able to go down a size.  I've lost a total of 28.5lbs including 17lbs pre-op.  I'm so happy with my decision.  It took me awhile to get here.  I know all the pain will be worth it in the end.

Thanks for the support
