Hi everyone!!

Getting to the boards late today.  I need to make a point to read in the morning because I feel like I'm always the last one posting :-)   This morning I had a glass of skim milk and then started in on my SF Koolaid.

That got me wondering.....mild counts towards our 64 oz of liquids right??

QOTD:  My rave this morning is the fact that I was able to eat a half a turker burger last night for dinner (no bun) and I didn't get that feeling like I wanted to get sick.  For the first time in a long time I ate meat and it actually didn't bother me!! I think I need to stick to 'ground meat' because I had no feeling of uncomfortableness at all !!   Made me happy.

My biggest rave is definitely this board and the OH board in general.  I always check here and the RNY and/or Main board.  It keeps me motivated and I always find answers to my questions.    You guys are the best.....!!

Hey Everyone!!

It is afternoon and I am sorry I didnt post this morning. I was so groggy even though I have been up since 4am.. I need a nap I think.

I spent the afternoon spending time with my SIL, shopping for flowers and we went to a resale shop to get some baby clothes for her since she is preggos..Due in November.. Since we do not know what she is having yet we had to get some yellow and green things.

QOTD: My rave today is just life in general.. I am happy to be alive, enjoying the sunshine, nature, and my family.

I do want to rave about Baby Dub too! He is so stinking adorable!! I cannot wait to see how he progresses in the coming time.

have a great day everyone.

Well, aren't you guys all such sweethearts!!!  Thank you for all the wonderful raves about Dub!!  He is adorable and I sit and stare at him, often.  He's asleep in my arms right now.  He is definitely the bright spot in our lives, especially since my husband's strokes.  Hubby and I will celebrate our 19th anniversary later this year.  We've waited a long time for a child, so we truly do feel blessed despite how the past month has changed our life.  Thanks!  You guys are the best!

Yep, this Michigan board really is the best!  When I  don't have time for any other board, I still come here.
