Tuesday Morning Coffee
Hello everyone! What's brewing in your mug this AM? Having the usual decaf and black.
Went to the garden center yesterday and saw the cutest flowers, called tiny 'tunias. They are miniature petunias. Got some for some hanging planters and they should drape over the pots. Have them along with some tiger ferns.
QOTD-Any raves this morning? Tina's baby picture posted last night. If you didn't get to see it, go to the Monday Coffee post. What a cutie baby Dub is!!!!!
Have a good one!
Deb
I'm at work, not drinking anything yet. I'll have some OJ with my iron pill in a little bit.
Thanks for the well wishes for Nick. He's getting better slowly but surely.
Of course my first rave is going to be Dub. He's too cute! Other than that....my rave today would be you guys. I can always come here and get my questions answered or cry on your shoulders. This board has evolved a lot in the couple of years I've been coming here. Yes, it's not as dramatic as it was before, but we haven't had any fights or name calling in a long time! Maybe we're all getting too old LOL! The only complaint I would have is the same one I've always had. Those vain posters that only come on to say "Look at my new pictures!!!" without ever contributing anything else, even popping in to say hi. But, I digress.....
Hope you all have a fabulous day. I hope the rain clears up before baseball toinght!
I have water in my cup this morning - did just finish some OJ.
As I was leaving for work this morning I noticed how great all my flowers look . . you can tell we haven't had any really hot weather yet, everything is so green.
QOTD- OOOHHH Baby Dub is so cute! When I'm at home my little Hanna will ask me who I'm talking to on the computer and I tell her "I'm talking to the Ladies". Hanna was awake when I left for work this morning and she said as I was walking out the door . . . "Granny don't forget to talk to the Ladies" - so Brenda I'm following your rave and saying it's all of you. About 2 years ago I was a stalker here on the Board - but I felt there was so much back biting and negative things being said on both this Board and the Main Board that I just stopped reading . . . then I gained 20lbs and needed some help. Pam T said things had changed and I should get back involved even if I would just start reading the posts and didn't want to post myself . . . but listening to the struggles and triumphs here has helped me more than any of you will ever know . . so I think you all for that!
Enough of that sweet talk I'm getting a tooth ache . . . lol
Enjoy your day!

Coffee with sugar free vanilla caramel creamer and a carbmaster yogurt this morning.
QOTD: This forum and the over 50 forum is a must for my day. Even if I don't post, I read. I love the support I get here, even as a pre-op. I can't believe six months have gone by already since I joined OH. 69 days now until my surgery. The encouragement I've gotten from OH ladies (and gent) has been priceless. Thanks to everyone.
Today I'm going to buy two hanging planters, red petunias. maybe I'll look for those mini's.
Have a great day everyone.

Good morning! My usual coffee with 2 scoops of protein. My drive is 15 minutes in the morning and Its almost gone by the time I get to work! lol
QOTD: I haven't seen the pics of baby Dub - and I need to go look. BUT - this weather up here is driving me NUTS!! First we have NO rain and very high fire warnings, then rain (which is good), but the temps are whats getting to me. On Sunday it didn't get over 52 and we were working in the yard.. couldn't feel my toes after a bit! I know, its "normal" for Northern MI - but I see the temps "downstate" and feel just a tad bit jealous.....
I WANT SUMMER!!!
OK - for a good rant - my date went very well Saturday night and we're going out again Fri.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning all!
I skipped coffee this morning in favor of crystal light. I was a slacker on water yesterday, so need to make up for it today.
QOTD -- my rave this week is my new GoWear Fit. I swear this thing is the most awesomest thing ever! I love that it can track my calories burned all day long and give me immediate feedback on how I'm doing. Yesterday was the first day since I've had it that I didn't hit my calorie and walking targets ... too much desk work and not enough walking around. So that's a good motivator for me to get off my duff today and not only hit my goals for activity today but make up for yesterday's slackerness.
Now.. off to see Tina's baby pics...

Water for me today. Maybe I will get a little wild and add a some lemonade to it today. I checked out the pic of Tina's Baby and he is adorable. Today I have my 5 week check up with my surgeon. I have been really tired and Im thinking of asking for a b12 shot. I'm okay thru the day but when I go to bed Im exhausted and I do not want to get up in the morning. hmmmmm........
QOTD~ My rave this morning- My job. I have alot of flexability to my schedule. It comes in handy with two little boys. Hope you all have a beautiful day.
