medicaid/care plastic surgeon

I went to visit Dr. Hing and i adored him and his staff. I need a letter saying i've had skin infections for 6 straight months. i dont know if Dr. Minasian will do that for me. I'm scared to ask. And i dont knwo if i go in every month for 6 months and Say i have a rash, if they'll just take my word for it.

i've lost 100 lbs in seven months. had surgery jun 18th 07. yup, havent lost a pound since! so, i wanna feel better. obviously i'd love to get my batwings cut off, ands omething done about my thighs. but hey, Dr Hing said the horizontal tt is paid for by medicare (providing letter from Dr.) and vertical incision which i neeeeed, costs 1,000.

anyone know of a dr who will do it without the letter? (and do an excellent job)

I f you can get that surgery done for $1000 I would take it and run, no questions asked.  I have heard upwards of $20,000 for the tummy tuck depending on what is done.  I am saving my pennies.
