Thank you, Rebecca, for your thoughts and prayers.  My hubby is doing VERY well.  He's on the rehab floor now and they are anticipating a discharge date of May 28th.  His swallowing is nearly back to normal and that is a big obstacle in getting him home.  He is walking unassisted for short distances, but is still a bit unstable on the left side, due to balance.  He'll probably go home with at least a walker, but we don't anticipate him having to use it on a permanent basis.  His doctors are very optimistic that he will make a full recovery as he is strong and healthy.  It will just take time, as strokes to the cerebellum repair themselves slowly over time.  So, for that, we are very thankful.

The baby is due June 3rd.  I didn't think I'd ever think this, but we are hoping that he is a little bit late!  But either way, we'll deal with it and all will be well.  We have A LOT of family support and friends willing to help out as much as possible, so we'll be ok through all of this!

Thanks again, for you continued thoughts and prayers!  Tina
