Post op must haves
Hiya!
I've got a post on my blog called Preparing for Surgery -- might give you some ideas for what things to get ready.
I've also got a list of resources (online and local) for getting samples of protein powder. There really isn't a "best tasting" -- because everyone's preferences are different. What I say is wonderful might taste like Monkey Ass to someone else. I had to try about 4 dozen different flavors/brands before I found 2 or 3 that worked for me. Also, check out the list I made of 25 different ways to mix a single scoop of vanilla protein powder. And my Protein Book with a million different recipes.
Good luck!
Pam
