Good Food Book

Last night I was at Border's Books and picked up a book by Corinne T. Netzer called The complete book of food countsIt counts everything; Calories, carbs, protein, cholesterol, sodium, fat and fiber.  It's the eighth edition and is unbelieveably thorough.  I know all you people that are further out probably have something like this, but for the newbies this is great.  I'm having fun just looking up stuff I normally eat, and being quite surprised.  This will be a great use to me when planning my meals and keeping my food journal. 
One week to go before I find out my surgery date!

You should check out
www.fitday.com they have allot of foods with their cal, fat, fiber, protein....count.  You can also do custom foods, like I have my home made stew in there, the protein bars from my nuts office...  It also tracks your weight and exercise if you want.  And it has a journal area if you want.  Best of all it's free.
