Afternoon all,

Wow, what a great weekend.  I'm pooped and happy to be sitting today LOL!  We finished moving a 50ft row of raspberries and giving about 40 canes away this weekend.

Q: My hubby is my biggest support for everything I do.  My family and co workers have been wonderful too.  Their all so happy for me, finally getting this weight off and becoming healthier and happier person.

Have a great day.

I had black decaf this lovely sunny morning!

QOTD:  My biggest support during my WL journey has been my DH.  He hasn't every had food struggles but, he as been by my side for every doc appointment and every support group I have gone to.  We aren't the kind of couple that normally do everything together so this has been very meaningful to me that he wants to hear from all the professionals and others going thru WLS.  Every once in a while he brings up something said in group to get me on track.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Hello everyone ~

Tina - glad everything is okay with the baby and you had things checked out.  You did the right thing!

QOTD:  My fiance Steve has been beggest support, along with my parents and the Bay City support group.  Oh, and the OH website!  Steve encourages me every step of the way and has been so supportive!  My mom has been supporting me by calling me several times a week asking if I want to go walking.  She's motivating me when I would normally just go home and say I'm too tired to exercise tonight.  I have only been to one of the support groups in Bay City but loved going and the group is wonderful and very supportive!  I think going to those monthly meetings will be a key to my success.

Enjoy your day everyone!

Good afternoon! Had a cup of decaf/cream this am, working on my water! QOTD: definately my husband! He's been 100% behind me all the way, even tho he doesn't fully understand everything I've gone thru. Not to mention, he loves me fat or thin, firm or saggy. He's a keeper:)

Another person would be my sister-in-law. She's the only family member that was supportive beforehand & afterwards. She always makes a point to ask how much I've lost, how I feel, comment on how good I look, ask questions, etc. Everyone else acts like it never happened because they don't approve of weightloss surgery.

Have a great day!
