If you will be out this way (Michigan Adventure, Holland), you should go to South Haven (about 25 miles south of Holland) and see the Michigan Maritime Museum.  It is not huge, but has its own Tall Ship, Friends Good Will.  It is a recreation of a 1812 ship.  You can sail on it into Lake Michigan (although it is a bit pricy) to see the sunset, or you can tour it at the dock. It is educational as well as fun ,  The crew dresses in period uniforms! It is really something different.  There is also 2 great sugar sand beaches (FREE) a cute little downtow area right near the water.  Lots of other things to do there, too.
the tourism website is www.bythebigbluewater.com .
Have fun!

I'm a yooper.  Tahquamenon Falls are nice.  Au Sable dunes.  HUGE.  So beautiful!  A must see if you are anywhere near that area!  There is a viewing area and/or you can walk at the base of them by walking past Au Sable Falls.  Lilac festival on Mackinac Island in June.
Jeremiah 29:11-13 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
