Self-pay VSG in MI

Does anyone know of any surgeons in MI that offer a self-pay price for the VSG? Right now I'm planning on Dr. Pleatman in Pontiac, but figured I'd do a quick look and see if there are any other options, possibly closer to home.

McClaren's website says they offer a self-pay option but want you to call for a price quote. Has anyone went through them for self-pay? 

You might want to call Hurley in Flint the do them now but, don't know if the have a self-pay price.  Not sure where you are at.

Also try Grand Health Partners, 1-888-691-0050. Dr's Foote & Kemmeter both do VSG. They're in Grand Rapids.

Dr. Pleatman is a good choice and probaby the cheapest.   I know a few who have had their procedures with him.

I just was a self pay VSG with Dr Verseman at Borgess in Kalamazoo.  Not sure if you are willing to come that far west.
