Good Morning Michigan!
I hope you are feeling better soon Pam, I know how hard it is to chase little ones around.  Sounds like you have a support system, so that's good.

I am feeling slightly more human today :)  Trying to get rid of that gas.  Trying to get my protein in.

May will be a busy month here.  Tomorrow I get my drain out YAY and I also am bringing home my new fella.  He is a 150# bundle of slobbery love.  I will post a pic after he is home.  I cannot wait.  Also will open the pool, I have a few major yard projects and a few minor ones as well.  I can't wait to be healed enough to start them all.

I hope you all have a fantastic may day!  Lisa

Goal for May is get outside (if it ever quits raining) and work in the yard.    I spend so much time at work and taking care of my disabled husband that the yard work is my time for relaxation and therapy.  I am SOOOOOOO glad the warmer weather is finally here.  Everyone have a fantastic weekend.  I believe it is supposed to stay dry for a few days.

Good morning!!  I've been trying to reply to this post for about an hour or so!

Pam, sorry to hear about your knees!  Hope they figure out what's going on, soon!

My plans for the weekend....me and mah peeps is tearin' up JACKSON this weekend.  LOL!  Or something like that.

I don't have TOO much planned this weekend, so I do look forward to relaxing this weekend afer the busy, busy weekend I had last week.  We'll probably do some yard work, deck work, etc.

Goals for May:  Make it to my last day of work...5/22.  Try to get AS MUCH DONE WITH MY CLASS AS I POSSIBLY CAN BEFORE THE SUB COMES IN!!!  Finish the final touches to the baby's room and just plain enjoy the time before the BIG EVENT!

Enjoy the day!  Tina

QOTD - What are your goals for May?

To get my surgery scheduled (should be happening in the next few days) and to try and lose 5 pounds before surgery (I’m down about 5, so another 5 would be great). Also I need to clean our walk-in closet out.

Today I’m at wor****il 7 pm, then heading over to the mall to buy a new book to read this weekend.

Hey strangers!! Busy week here(again) as I've been a single parent for the 4th week in a row. Hubby got sent out of town for work-hoping this is the last for awhile!

My goals for May?? Stay sane! May & June are the busiest months of the year for us w/sports, birthdays, & end of the school year "stuff". My other goal is to get outside more. I'm not typically an outdoor person, so that's a stretch. I dare say, it WILL be more enjoyable 100lbs lighter, tho, huh??!!

Pam-I hope you get that leg healed, or at least figure out what in the world is going on!!

Have a great weekend everyone!!

Hey Lisa,
I am with you on this end of the year crap!  It seems like we have eleventy billion things to do every single day until school gets out.

I will tell you this....I am not sweating and dragging myself around anymore, and I can actually go to my son's games and sit in my pink fold-up chair without bending it.  So that's a good thing, huh?

You can count garage sale time as time communing with nature.  It totally counts.  Cuz I said so!
