A couple Questions

I will be moving to Fremont at the end of the school year with my 4 kids. I threw out my husband. Not wls related. There were problems before and I finally got proof.
Question is Who in the area would be best to do follow up care with or is it necessary to do so? I will be 9 months out next week. I have my 9 month appt on the 18th. I suppose I could keep following up with my surgeon but it is an 8 hour drive one way. I could do either Muskegon or Grand Rapids. I know both areas well.

Another question. Can you buy Lean Dessert protein or Syntrax Nectar anywhere local or is it only available online.

In the Grand Rapids area - you could inquire with Grand Health Partners - Dr. Foote, Baker or Kemmeter. I would ask your surgeon if he has a relationship with them or one of the doctors from Muskegon (hopefully one of his patients will chime in as I cant remember him name).

Perhaps your surgeon could refer you and make it a bit more official.

Grand Health Partners (Drs. Baker, Foote, Kemmeter) is a good place to go. They also have support groups. As far as protein goes, you can check out Warren Nutrition, they have places in Grand Rapids and the area; or you can order online -- netrition.com ships for $4.95 regardless of what you order.
