6 Months out today
And I have lost a total of about 93 lbs. Not amazing but still great... I am proud of me and If I exercised it would be even better. I also found out that I need to see my dr. My back pain isn't just pain... it is possible its the start of fibromyalgia. So... We shall see what comes of the next appt...
Anyhow... I have posted some new pics of me, my hubby (who is 41 tomorrow) and my beautiful stepdaughter Stefaney, who is 15... Plus I am 36 on Friday :) woot!!!
Bad news is this.... within the last 1 1/2 months this has all happened. My Grandmother died, 2 weeks later, my dad had a massive stroke but has since returned to almost normal and my aunt had a massive heart attack and needed a triple bypass. She also has SEVERE COPD, emphysema and can't breathe hardly at all. After her surgery on Thursday she was put on a ventilator and is HEAVILY sedated because she also has ARDS (lung problem that over 40% of people die from it.). We just aren't sure she will make it, but she isn't in pain and she is peaceful, so if she dies at least she isn't in pain like she would be if she were home. SO... all this in the last month is alot of stress.... I mean ALOT!!! But...
We celebrated out 11th anniversary this month also... WOOT!!!
Anyhow... That is the update on me :) Sorry it was long, I am not here often anymore. But at least I am still around:)

hiya christina, im sooooooooo sorry, thats more then anyone can handle at once, but you must be a strong lady cause you havnt said you messed the weight-loss up, CONGRADES HUN, thats wonderful, happy birthday to you and your hubby, i hope you get your pain under control, you have lost alot since your surgery, you should be proud hun, im almost 5 months out, ive lost aroung 65pds, its hard but so worth it all 2 me.........take care of yourself.......tracy.
Wow, sounds like you've been living on a roller coaster the past few weeks! Hope things settle down for you.
Congrats on your weight loss, your rocking, I had lost a little less than you at 6 mo's. Really your doing great, right on track. Keep up the good work.
