have anyone used Dr Steven C. Poplawski

I'm from chicago and i'm thinking about having him as my surgeon for my revision. he specializes in correcting problems with previous surgery. i have a hernia and i have no sense of fullness anymore.i'm 9 1/2 years out and i want to correct this before it get worst.

He did my surgery in Oct with no complications.  Great surgeon.

He is kind of far for you.  Is anyone closer?

yes of course it is. but the one here in illinois he's out of network for any insurance so he wants the cash upfront and he does specialize in what i need to have done. and i call a couple more doctors and the waiting list is long.i'm only a couple of hours away and i think it's worth it if he can get the job done.

I love Dr. Pop.  He is awesome.  He assisted in my surgery years ago and when I had my obstruction,he took care of me.  He has a wonderful bedside manner.  He is definitely worth your trip.  I wish you well.

I met Dr. Poplawski a few years ago when a relative was considering the surgery.  He is probably the nicest and one of the most well-informed surgeons I have ever met.  If I had the option to have him do my surgery, it would be a no-brainer.  He's been doing this for a very long time and he's GREAT at what he does.  What a great thing if you can have him do your surgery.  His bedside manner is exactly what it needs to be for each patient.  He's kind, yet honest.
