Need suggestions
Ok guys, time for you to get out your 2 cents and give it to me!
I have pre-planned my meals today on Fitday. Taking in to account my snacks and B, L, and D I am at 1,296 calories with 73g of protein.
I need to eat something else, probably right after dinner but before I go to the gym. I'm at a loss as to what to add. Now, remember folks, this is me. It's difficult. I am difficult. I don't like anything, especially meat, lunchmeat, or most healthy things. LOL
Give me your suggestions, please!

Brenda, I keep the cottage cheese jello salad in my refrigerator all the time and when I want a snack, I grab a half cup of it.
Cottage cheese jello salad:
2 cups ff cottage cheese
1 - 3oz. box of s/f jello (I prefer orange or lime)
1/2 of an 8-oz. lite cool whip
Stir dry jello into the cottage cheese and mix well, fold in the cool whip and it's done.....allow to sit for an hour or so to firm up.
1/2 cup = 10 gm. protein, 5 gm. fat, and 122 calories.
You can also add the small can of drained crushed pineapple....haven't done the nutrition on that, sorry.
Hope this could be something you like.
