Im moving again.

Yaaaaay, the scale started moving again.  I was really getting bummed out as the scale has seemed stuck for the past few weeks but its started moving again.  I am now down a total of 46 pounds since March 3 and I feel fantastic.  I was able to wear shorts yesterday and could actually  tell I have knees.  This is gonna to a fantastic ride.

Congrads on the scales moving again. this happens to all of us and is normal .. But you are so happy to see them pound come off again. Have a great day
