BM that was a great memory, thanks. Somehow conjunction junction...what's your function came up at work the other day, next think I know were all singing it LOL!
Q: My stamina is better, it did take along time to get it back post op, and I took total advantage of it!. But now I plug along, even if it's a little less than I planned some days, I do it 5 days a week. Hubby's doing really good w/ his, but he has a bad back, so he's much more motivated that I was.
It's sunny here right now YEA!!!!! Have a great day all,

My home computer is sick and is at the doctor . . . lol!
Miss seeing you all in the morning - I'm back to work after 5 days off and it was great.
I work out at least 5 days a week and it still kicks my butt . . . hoping when I get my extra skin removed I will feel different.
