I'm back from the Doctor

Well Hello Everyone.
I'm just back from the cardiologist.  She said I have a blockage in the vessel going to the septum(which separates the heart in half).  The good news is, I'm already taking a medication that she would prescribe for it so she's just increasing my dosage.  No angio or cardiac cath or anything else is needed.  I guess I was worried for nothing, but I'm sure all of your prayers didn't hurt.
Don't take me off of your prayer list tho.  As I was walking from the parking lot into the cardiologists office, the lab called and said the mamogram of my left side was abnormal and I need to go back in and have the radiologist do another scan of the left side and read it.  Boy, it's sure pouring on me now.  I felt that I was going along fairly smoothly, albiet slow, and then the sky opens up.  I don't feel any lumps, so maybe it's just a bad film.  That's what I'm thinking.  I'll let you know next Tuesday.
Thanks for letting me rattle on.

Jan,  Sorry to hear about all your news, that is the way it usually happens.  But anyway if it is any help I also have been called back in for abnormal mammograms and they turn out to be cycst.  I hope you are that lucky but it doesn't stop the mind from playing games and negative thoughts on you. We will keep you in our prayers and keep us posted.

Thanks Deb.  It's funny, I saw Randy's picture and read he had an abnormal mamogram and I laughed.  Then I realized it was you.  Every laugh helps.

I hear ya Jan!  Seems every time I go into the doc's healthy for a check up I come out with multiple things wrong.  I swear it is something in the air at the doc's office.

Good Luck and hope it all turns out well for you!

Hello Jan,
please keep us posted on what's going on. I read your posts, but don't always reply. However, you are in my prayers. It's hard when you have all these pre-surgical things done and find out all of these kind of scary things all at once. Keep strong and we're here for you!

Keep up positive thoughts Jan.  Remember most call backs are just precautions.

Good luck next week,

Edie
