Thanks, this is exactly what I'm doing, trying different whey protiens.  I'm looking for more than 6 gm of protien per drink tho.  That just doesn't seem to be enough.  maybe it tastes better tho.

These are actually pretty good tasting.  I think these are for 8 to 12 oz of water.  I usually use 2 for a 24 oz bottle.   They are nice for travel.  I would look at them similar to a protien water than a protien drink.  Similar to like Special K protien water, but the flavors are better to me.

Their regular powders are higher.  I have the peach mango and pomegrante fruit at work for when I don't want a milk based protien drink.  They a have 20 grams of protien per scoup, 110 cals, 2 fat and 2 sugars.   It says you can mix it with milk, but I prefer water.

Meijers carry's them along with GNC.  Meijer is definately cheaper unles GNC has them on sale for BOGO 1/2 off.

Hope it helps

Pam,  I received my samples already.  Since you said they're more like protien water, I'm going to wait to try them.  Maybe I'll order some of the regular powders.
Thanks again for the tip.

I've been doing the Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea since I had my surgery in Sep 2005, also with Dr. Genaw.  It has 23 grams of protein per scoop and 90 calories.
