OT-When will it end?

The snow that is. 
For me it can't be soon enough! In fact it s all ready way past due to go away. Especially after I ended up in a ditch this morning.

I take all country roads ( yes they are paved)  to work and instead of 4 tracks there were only 3.. Which is common as it seems like our roads are a tad narrower than others. Any way, as  I was trying to move to my lane for oncoming traffic (aka making the 4th track..) the slush spit me out and there I was in the ditch. Thank gawd I was driving a whoopping 25mph. BUT to ad insult to injury I was given a ticket by the local sherrif for driving too fast for conditions. Any slower and I would have had to park it. LOL Oh well. At least I wasn't hurt, there was no traffic coming over the hill and the car is ok.

Hope everyone else's drive into work this am was less eventful.

That slush is killer!  I drive 50 miles one way and was surprised that 94 wasn't worse than it was.  However, there were several cars spun out.  Glad you were ok, but sorry you got a ticket!  

PS - I'm so over this snow!!

OH - sorry to hear you went in the ditch - that sucks and it does even more since you got a ticket with it.

I'm glad that it's just snow and not that crazy weather that was going on all over the US!

That ticket really sucks. You would think the cop could have a little compassion for you since you didn't hit anything or anyone!

Glad you are ok Patt.  You should fight the ticket.  I get so nervous driving in bad weather.  Looking forward to summer, that's for sure!

I agree contest the ticket...no one hurt, no damage to anything else.....How did the sheriff know how fast you were going...was he there....
Oh well vacation for me for the next 7 days....look out sunshine....I'll bring some back and divide it up...
