Morning all!

I just finished a chocolate protein shake.  It is very sad here in my neighborhood this morning the little house at the end of the block was engulfed in flames and were not sure if the little old man who lives there got out and with the wind it looks like it is taking the house next door.  We can't go outside as you can't see 2 feet in front of you with the black smoke. Sad way to start Monday.
QOTD:  It took almost 3 years for me to be able to eat and keep down eggs after my surgery but I love egg beaters with vegies and cheese for any meal.
Go Sparty . . . tonight will be exciting!

Morning All,

My drive wasn't so bad this morning. I'm a little down today; my scale hasn't moved really in the last 3 weeks so I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm only two months out and a stall already?

QOTD~right now, it's applesauce with no sugar added.

Have a great Monday!

Stalls are very normal.  Your body is readjusting.  I read somewhere that when we're not loosing lbs, we're loosing inches.  I don't know if that's true or not, but it got me through those annoying times.  My first stall was at 3 weeks!  Hubby's having his first stall right now and he's 4 weeks out.

Follow the rules, the scale will start moving again, I promise.

I'm drinking my peach water this am,    and hating snow!!  i usually like snow but its time for spring and warm now!
QOTD   I don't really have any favorite foods since surgery  unless its still ice cream!    And since I can only tolerate 1/3 cup of any milk product twice a week you might know  I don't eat a lot of that.
I don't like sports ,  nothing against them  just simply not interested.   But when it comes to any Michigan teams winning  I tend to hope they don't since   the fans tend to tear up the city the team if from,  but this time with the economy and such  maybe this win would be a good one!!

Morning all,

Just a quick check in, coffee done before my morning commute, had breakfast of Quaker Banana bread oatmeal with some Jiff natural peanut butter.  Have to get my carbmaster yogart and fiber one in befor lunch.  Maybe it will be my lunch with a side salad.  Not sure.

Weekend went too fast.  Had Friday off, and accomplished nothing.  I got stung by a yellow jacket yesterday morning about 5:30 while I was sleeping.  Ouch...... woke me out of a dead sleep, stung me right on the upper lip.  Kinda freaked me out until we found out what had bitten me.   My hubby persuaded me to take a benydrill and I slept most of the rest of the day.  Still a bit swollen, but no one at work has noticed, or said anything.

QOTD - right now it is carbmaster yogart and fiber one.  I love the new blackberry and strawberry pomagrante flavors.  The fiber one gives it a nice crunch and give you a huge serving to boot.

Not much snow here, we could still see grass this morning.  My son was hoping school was called off, he didn't want to go back from spring break.

I live in Chelsea and work in Romulus.  It is still snowing here.  And at home.  Chelsea and just about every school west of there was cancelled today.  Our spring break doesn't start til this Friday.  So, it's a short week, which I'm glad for.

I hate starting the day, much less the week, like I did this AM!!! Can't seem to get back on track.

Pam, you are so in style!  Don't you know "bee-stung" lips are in!  People pay money for that LOL

I picked up some of the carbmaster yogurt this weekend.....my usual is Dannon Light 'N Fit with Kashi cereal in it.  I may have to shake things up a bit.
