Morning All

I am off today, at home drinking my first cup of coffee.

Not sure what is up today, the rain ruined my plans I made the first part of the week.  Maybe just hang around home

Good Friday Morning!

Has this been the longest week or what?!  I'm glad it's Friday and have some fun stuff planned for the weekend.

QOTD -- I'm meeting a new photography group on Sunday for a photowalking outing in Flint --- should be fun as long as we don't get rained/snowed out.  I'd also like to try and get to the Butterfly Garden in Midland on Saturday -- maybe if I get my taxes done tonight or tomorrow morning, that'll be my reward.  :-)  Besides that, I have lofty plans to sleep late both days and be in my PJs as much as possible.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

I drank an EAS protien drink and now I'm drinking coffee.  I'm going to have this eating part down pat before surgery.
I'm a firm believer in crate training.  I have three Norfolk Terriers and have bred them too.  I have two dogs that I firmly crate when I leave the house.  It keeps them out of trouble and gives them time out.  They often go into their crates during the day just to relax in 'their space'  Emma, the old lady doesn't have enough energy anymore to get into much trouble.  When I get up to go to bed at night, the other two get up and go into their crates without being told.  It's safe for them and I don't have to worry.

QOTD:  I'm going to Birch Run Expo Saturday because there is a dog show there this weekend.  I'm picking up a 9 month old Norfolk Terrier that I'm going to work with for a few weeks and then show her at the April 24, 25, 26 dog show at Birch Run.  Showing dogs is one of the things I enjoy doing.  20-25 Pugs in one room???  Wow, I'll bet that's a comical sight!

Pugs are so in love with life and people. It is so much fun watching them all play. They hardly ever squabble. If you want to go there for a dog fix, it's the best.
We have been contemplating crate training and I think this got us over the edge................

My former teaching partner here at school is a PUG NUT!  She has three and would have more if she could.  She does a lot of work with Pug Rescue Network.  I have found that people with pugs, don't just happen to have a pug as a pet.

THEY ARE USUALLY CRAZY PUG PEOPLE!!! LOL!

I know someone else that has 5!!!  My friend has birthday parties for hers.  She has professional pictures taken of hers.  Had a "wedding" for 2 of hers.  OMG...she'll show you her photo album and say things like, "This is family portrait, formal."  Or "This is the Aloha picture."  Yes, the pugs are dressed in all of them, too!

I would love to meet both of them.  But, I don't go as far as dressing up my pug. He only had a Halloween costume......
